At our meeting this week, new Kiwanis President Bill Clow welcomed club member Michelle DeHaven Quast of The Foundation for Northwest Illinois who presented on the new Jane Addams Legacy Fund which provides funds to nonprofit organizations that provide programs or projects that support, elevate and empower women of Northwest Illinois.
